The single rapier weaving jacquard loom is made for weaving flat design carpets with different types of weaving yarn, such as pp, sisal, jute, technical textile and wool,... All designs can be made, also loops and a visible thick weft can be done. The rapiers are specially made for very thick and very rugged wefts. All reed densities are possible. The weaving machine has 2 or 3  heavy shafts. Different types of excenter are possible. The weaving machine is strongly build and requires less maintenance. The flexible rapiers are guided on the slay by means of rapierhooks. The rapiers are driven by conjugated excenters whichs results in a high loomspeed. Colour selector for 4 different wefts is available. The pick up regulator is by motor for easy pick changing. Also variable pickdensity according to the different weft thickness is possible.   Special Construma weft accumulators for thick yarn are provided with the loom. Loops are made by lancets that are easy adjustable. All reed densities are possible. The weaving machine has normally 3 heavy shafts.
