The double rapier single face is made for flatweave carpets with different types of weaving yarn, such as pp, wool, viscose, silk, polyster, acrylic, technical textiles,... The weaving machine is made for weaving double side flatweave. The 4 rapiers are made of rigid carbon and the rapierheads have all widia parts. All reed densities are possible on this loom. The weaving machine has 3 or 4 heavy shafts. The weaving machine is strongly build and requires less maintenance Available till 5.2 m weaving width. The pick up regulator is by motor for easy pick changing. Construma weft accumulators. Beamstand or yarn accumulator with electric lett off.
